Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PoolBoost San Rafael Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
PoolBoost San Rafael Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services to residential and commercial customers in San Rafael, CA and surrounding areas. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement.
Service Scheduling and Access
When you schedule service with us, you agree to provide access to your pool and related equipment during the scheduled service times. If we cannot access your property, we may need to reschedule, and standard cancellation policies will apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that any gates, doors, or other access points are unlocked or that access codes are provided. You must also inform us of any safety hazards, aggressive pets, or special access requirements.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, automatic payment options are available.
If payment is not received within 15 days of the service date, a late fee may be applied. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For weekly service customers, we require at least two weeks notice to cancel or suspend service. This allows us to adjust our schedules and route planning accordingly.
Liability and Warranties
We carry full liability insurance and are licensed pool service professionals. We take great care in providing quality service, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
Our warranty covers our workmanship and the materials we provide. If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
We are not liable for damage to pool equipment or structures that results from normal wear and tear, manufacturing defects, or improper installation by others.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to maintain adequate water levels in your pool, as low water levels can damage equipment. You also agree to inform us of any changes to your pool, equipment, or access arrangements.
If you make changes to your pool or equipment between service visits, please let us know so we can adjust our service accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolBoost San Rafael Pool Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between you and PoolBoost San Rafael Pool Care, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to resolve it. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify our active customers. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
